✅ You can only join the Meissa platform by invitation from your administrator. Try out the Meissa Platform with our easy sign-up process.
▎Invite participants
1. After logging into the platform, click the Manage Participants icon in the top right corner.
2. You can invite participants from the 'Manage participants' page.
① Click the Invite Participantsbutton to create a pop-up to invite participants.
② Enter the email and rating of the participant you want to invite and click the Invite button.
For more information about participant tiers, please refer to 2.1.3 Permissions by tier.
③ Click the Send Invitationbutton to send a link to sign up for the platform to the email you entered.
▎Sign up
1. You can join the platform by clicking the Join projectbutton in the invitation email.
2. The page where you fill out the information to sign up.
① The email address you were invited with will be used as your login ID.
You can't change your username, and you'll need to be invited to a new email if you want to change it.
② Enter your name.
③ Your password must be at least 8 characters long and can be changed later.
④ Enter your company and job title.
▎Edit your information (change your name, title, password)
1. The information you entered during registration can be changed on the 'Edit My Information' page.
① Click the Aboutme button in the top left corner.
② Click Edit.
2. Edit information page.
① You can edit all information except the email used as the username.
② Click the Savebutton when you're done to apply the changes.
▎Reissue password (Forgot password)
① Click the Forgot password button to be taken to a page where you can get a temporary password.
② Enter your registered email address.
③ Click the Generate temporary passwordbutton and a temporary password will be sent to your registered email.
Log in with your temporary password and set a new password from the My Info menu.
