✅Purpose
Quick Shot allows rapid drone capture of key areas within the golf course, providing high-resolution images in a much shorter time than orthophotos.
Analysis time: Around 15 minutes
Supported data: RGB / Thermal / NDVI / VARI
👷When to Use
When turf in a specific area suddenly changes color and the cause needs to be identified
When you need to quickly check spots suspected of disease or pest damage
When the course management team requires before/after comparisons of work
🧩Terminology
RGB
Default mode of Quick Shot. Register areas that require monitoring and capture them in high resolution.
Surface Temperature
View the turf’s surface temperature distribution at a glance using thermal imagery. Helps identify areas with dryness, overheating, or drainage issues.
Turf Health
NDVI: Displays turf photosynthetic activity as a color map. Enables precise turf health assessment and identification of areas with low activity to plan disease control, fertilization, or irrigation measures.
VARI: Based on RGB imagery, indicates the relative greenness of turf. While less precise than NDVI, it is useful for quickly comparing darker and lighter turf areas.
