✅ What is Work?
The Work feature allows you to mark the exact location of ongoing activities on the map and manage them digitally through real-time communication between field staff and managers until completion.
🧩 Terminology Comparison
Task: A unit of instruction assigned by the team leader — what needs to be done, where, and by when.
Example: The team leader requests, “Please complete the A Course bunker maintenance job by the end of today.”
Work: The detailed execution unit that the staff records while performing the assigned job in the field.
Example: A worker assigned to A Course bunker maintenance records tasks such as “Leveling sand around Hole 1 bunker on A Course” or “Cleaning the drainage near the maintenance building.”
🧰 When to Use
